Picked up some ribs and pulled pork from my buddy and had it with leftover beans and cornbread, and skin on thick cut fries.
...scrambled egg mix...most people would read that and think, "ugh, disgusting, why not just use eggs??" For me, I can remember when eating "scrambled eggs" meant eating whatever the yellow stuff was in the boxes that the cooks mixed with hot water in the field. That there was prime time home cooking, especially if it came with hot coffee. I've seen the runny eggs at hotel buffet breakfasts and always chuckled when people sneered or turned their noses up at it.
I get the turkey on wheat, spinach/pickles/black olives/oilwhen I'm concentrating on my diet. Simple sandwich, but for whatever reason I can't get my homemade sandwiches to taste as good.

Wow. Exactly how does a person arrive at the thought, "gee, I think I'll flop my **** out on a bun today at work, take a picture of it and send it to other people?"
Yeah. Guns are our biggest problem. Sure.

Chicken fajitas
Ugh, that looks so good!
If you're looking for GF tortillas, these are the best ones I've found. Not exactly the same, but still really good. We actually used them as pizza crust tonight.

I'm use to taking stale old bread and toasting it for BLTs. Wondering if toasting it helps any.

****, I'd like to go gluten free, but I love biscuits, pancakes, cornbread, garlic Texas toast, tacos, burritos, etc. too much.
You can have any of that stuff GF.
My wife bought some GF oils bury cookie dough. Wasn't too bad but the cookies wouldn't harden they were just soft and kind of mushy.

I don't even eat fast food, so that doesn't really matter to me. Well, I do occasionally but its not a regular thing and I could drop all of it easily, its just not a part of our menu. I just don't know how I could do it with my home cooking, especially the way we cook in the South.
