Ribeyes on the grill, loaded baked taters, corn on the cob.

And my buddy is getting ready to kill a hog, lots of fresh homemade breakfast sausage coming soon.

I browned some lean country ribs (pork) last night and dropped them in the crock pot with some onion, baby carrots, and little Yukon Gold potatoes this morning to simmer all day. I don't know what you call all that, but I called it Halloween supper, and I'll guarantee you I did some serious "goblin".

Mmmm - that was great cow! I buy whole loins each year so its a bit of a gamble. They're from the midwest which are better than the sagebrush beef here in the west lol, but you don't know until you cut it up into steaks. I've never had a bad one but last years was extra flavorable. This year's was even better!
