The Geek Out
Wouldn't it be easier just to use a USB?
It is easier, but sometimes it's nice to be able to have your collection in your internal drive too. I've brought in my USB drive to add music to it, then forget it when I head out. At least with the internal drive it's always there.
Keep it on your keychain? I always put it next to my wallet or phone so I remember it when I go somewhere.
All my songs are on a 1 terabyte hard drive so that hard to carry on a keychain!
I wonder if the Sync hard drive is really a hard drive? a 10 gig drive will take up a lot more room that just using 10 gig of flash memory.

Ordered the Droid Maxx today. Hopefully it gets here soon.
Ordering through a business account is such a pain though. Apparently you can only have a data plan with either 2GB ($30) or 5GB ($50). No 4GB for $40 like the other plans have. The sales rep also asked if I wanted the phone in white though, so maybe she had no idea what she was talking about?
Anyways, goodbye unlimited.

You may as well just buy the phone in full then. You have to finish paying off the phone before you can even get a new one anyways with the edge plan.
Good deal in my eyes if you want the new phone every year as apple and Samsung tend to do. If you wanted it for two years with a contract it would cost $300 for the phone. But you can't upgrade for 2 years. If you aren't interested in the yearly phone upgrade then it doesn't make sense to use edge. Cause then you'll pay retail for the phone, which is like $750.
I remember reading the fine print and it said to be eligible to upgrade/trade in, you need to have 50% of the phone paid for and 6 months need to have gone by. It also said you need to finish paying off the phone in full before you can trade it in. Maybe I misread it though. I'll look at it again tonight.
