Went to the viewing (Closed Casket) last night. They had all his old pictures from Grade School up to High School on some poster boards plus he was a big time outdoosman, so lots of Fishing and Hunting pictures. That reminds me to go though my old pictures and get rid of all the Dorke looking ones like my High School prome pictures.

RIP Tom

Everything is going well for me with my new job so far, we just got 3 brand new buses so our fleet now has 32 buses. I might have to work Sunday to help the bus washing crew with moving them all in and out of the wash bay, but that's ok, more money for me.

Sweet, money is good! I took a look if my place has ever done any business with your new shop, did not see them in our system, of well. I think we just lease/maintain Pace's E350's and lower vehicles.

We have a mix of E350 and E450's, most of them are still within Ford warranty so when something big goes wrong, they go to Ford for repairs. We had one blow up the rearend during the week, had it towed to Ford to get fixed under the powertrain warranty.

Cool deal. Yeah, a lot of stuff we send to a dealer for repair even after warranty. The big 3 give us what they call "Goodwill" or "post warranty" Credit. Say a rack n pinion fails at 55k, they will credit us back 50% give or take, of the bill since we buy so many cars from them.
Pace's headquarters is just down the street from me work. Our softball team plays theirs often, the Pacesetters, and their fleet admin is on the team. From what I hear, he is a cool guy.

Pics, you freak! I was heading to the Sox game at that time. Went to tailgate. I was so tempted to just tailgate at home in the pool, then go to the game. But I think my neighbors would have thought I was wierd that early in the AM drinkin and swimming. Plus I may have not made it to the game, lol.

15-5 Go 1st place Sox!

Nice, I like that. We just sent a bus last week for a blown up rearend, they said it looked like a bomb went off inside when they pulled it apart. Now we're sending another for an EGR cooler.

I didn't know Pace had a softball team, that's pretty slick. I might have to come see that sometime. I've met a few people from Pace when they came to the shop to check it out while we were setting everything up.
