I believe Westway Coach is going to hire me very shortly here, might even get to start working next week, so that will be great. This morning I had to spend some money to order new glasses and pay for an eye exam, that ran up a tab of about $325! That's almost a car payment for me. My glasses have always been expensive due to how badly near-sighted I am. I need to get back to work to get the cash flow going again, although I might be getting an unemployment payment soon, that will help.

Hey Tom that sucks about the seat in the Mach 1. Wonder if one of them vinyl repair kits would make it better. Good luck on the interview. How far back east is it?
Good Luck Justin!!!
Got my Roush Billet lower control arms yesterday. They sure are purdy.

Subject: Telling the truth
Our teacher asked us what our favorite animal was, and I said, "Fried
chicken." She said I wasn't funny, but she couldn't have been right,
everyone else in the class laughed.
My parents told me to always be truthful and honest, and I am. Fried
chicken is my favorite animal. I told my dad what happened, and
he said my teacher was probably a member of PETA. He said they love
animals very much. I do, too. Especially chicken, pork and beef.
Anyway, my teacher sent me to the principal's office. I told him what
happened, and he laughed too. Then he told me not to do it again.
The next day in class my teacher asked me what my favorite live animal
was. I told her it was chicken. She asked me why, just like she'd
asked the other children. So I told her it was because you could make
them into fried chicken. She sent me back to the principal's office
again. He laughed, and told me not to do it again.
I don't understand. My parents taught me to be honest, but my teacher
doesn't like it when I am. Today, my teacher asked us to tell her what
famous person we admire most.
I told her, "Colonel Sanders".
Guess where I am now...

Nice car show in downtown South Haven, Mi. I was in a Modified/Hot Rod Class 1991 and up. 1st place went to a 2002 Monte Carlo that was a travling Juke Box with Chrome air pumps for its air pimp ride system (also was owned by a club member that assitted the home club with judging). 2nd place went to a 1992 Camero RS that was made into a Drag/Street car. It was loud as hell, roll bars, race seats, huge tires, but the same HP that I'm putting out. The rain held off the whole day and my wife and me had a beautiful day together.
Nice car Ben, I should have gone to Brenspeed instead of the Red Neck, Hillbilly,Tatoo, drunk, Mullet hair cut, Mud Drags.

Is everyone ok after those big storms? I'm far enough north that nothing huge hit me, but I know some of you guys might be a bit closer to where all the action was.

Glad to hear you're ok Scott, at least that tornado didn't get you. There was at least 2 or 3 tornado's that hit south of I-80, did quite a bit of damage from Streator to Kankakee. I heard there was a lot of damage in Indiana and Ohio from the same storms too, roofs and buildings collapsed, and a high school that got hit hard right before a graduation ceremony.
I had some heavy rain from time to time all weekend. The weather ruined my plans to go to the dragstrip. Sunday afternoon it poured down in buckets and got very windy, then as quickly as the storm showed up, it was over. It went from just cloudy to thundering and storming within maybe 15-20 minutes, and then about 15-20 minutes later, it was over and the sun started to appear again.

Glad I am just North of I-80 lol. Actually I was traveling West on I-80 during the storms, was a cool lightning storm to watch.
My salesman just called me. He orders all the cars and trucks for the dealership. He said that Ford had called them and offer a Raptor for their floorplan. You can't just order one for your dealership unless you have a signed sales order with a down payment. He wanted to ask me what color he should order. He wanted White and I said sure, I think its the uglyist color, looks like a city workers truck. I don't want the truck to look better than mine! I also asked about the 5.0 mustang as he promise me a test drive. He said Ford told him there's some problems with the engines and exhaust and are testing each car before their release. A very slow process.

Well heard back from the weekend's interview........ they want to hire me, pay is pretty decent with more opportunity to grow. Me and the family are going to talk about whether we want to move or not; right now it's feeling like we will be moving. It's only about four hours east of here.

I hope everything pans out for the good.
Good news for you Tom and your family. Bad news for us here Indiana as we will see less of you at the shows. But you got to do what you got to do for the family.
Cleveland is only about 1 to 2 hours from him so farther east, I say around the ohio eastern state line or more.
