Hey Brandon,
Your bio says you recenting departed from Ford Motor Co. With the quote above what is your present line of work? Got any openings?
Scott
At this time Scott, no. I am preparing to open a shop after the start of the new year here. I operate and manage a total of 6 car washes and love it. I left Ford in January of 2007 and I will honest I can't get a 9-5 job anywhere. I miss the people, not the work and the management. I was a coodinator for daily operations, or should I say nightly since I was overnights.

Best of luck to you Brandon. I am a plant manager for a tool shop and we are heavily into the auto industry which pretty much sucks now. With all the tooling work going to china and the large downturn in the domestic auto manufactures it tough all round. Not sure if this trade will see me too retirement or not. :-(

Glenn,
Interesting, I've put that one on my desktop for a few days

Darrell,
Right click on the pic & save as....wherever you want to keep it.

My rainy Sunday was spent going with the wife & middle daughter to Davids Bridal so she could try on & pick up her wedding gown( daughter, not wifey)My youngest & myself were the only males in the whole place. Waaay too many women & girls in 1 place. Lightened my pocket a bit by the time we left. The other 2 daughters are gonna havta hold off a few years, spread this out a bit.
Middle daughter is getting married this coming April. I don't imagine I'll be spending much on the Stang for a little bit yet.
After that ,I got to do the grocery shopping, unpack the stuff & make dinner. Wife had to work this evening. I did get to watch the last 2 minutes of football & see my ex-home team squeak past the Browns

Got to do absolutly nothing car-wise today & my baby has gone 9 days now without a bath Longest stretch it's gone since I owned it. Have to have a beer or 2 this evening to get over the dirty car.

Washed mine Friday evening for the winter, now a quick once over with Zaino quick detailer and coat of Z-2 and then put the cover on for the Winter. Gave her a new pan full of Royal Purple last weekend.

Just got home for the evening. I took some really nice photos today but the floppy won't load correctly into my computer, so I guess I will try again later this week. It is suppose to rain in Kansas City next couple of days.

Crap to much pain and pressure. I couldn't stay at work all day. I go back to the Dr's tomorrow to get the stent pull out. Did I mention that the string came off and they will need to re scope me to get it out. I took my wife that they have a big tall blond w/ big hooters that can suck a tennis ball though 50 ft of Garden hose that helps get the stent out .

Also some low life at work stole 2 pair of work boots out from under my desk. Can't understand why, we get free work boots (about $150 a pair).

how's everybody else doing????

Oh yea $5000 damage to my Saturn Ion should be fixed by Thursday

I haven't seen by Mustang in the last 48 hrs. I think I'll go sit in it for awhile and make engine noises .

Hey Darrell,
I was just getting ready to post a "how was your 1st day at work Darrell" post but you beat me to it. Us older guys just don't rebound as fast as we used to. Just take it easy and do what you Dr. tells you. And good luck with the nurse getting the stent out. I hear sucking sounds!!!!!

Morning, just sitting here enjoying a new ViewSonic VX2035wm LCD I picked up Monday when the insurance I had on my VS1945 shot craps. This LCD rocks! I highly suggest this for a future replacement if anyone is in the market.
