Just curious, has anyone experienced any problems w/ the intake covers?
I know somewhere it was mentioned that they might prevent air from cooling the intakes or somethign along that line.
I have yet to see any issues with having the covers installed. I run mine hard and a lot too. 70 miles to work and back each day, 4 months old and 10K miles so far. Several thousand since installing the intake cover.

Werked,

I think a chrome pony set over the red, white, and blue tri-bar would bring it all together very nicely. Like Beachboy's, page 2, post #39.

I ordered mine today and I CAN NOT WAIT to get it in my hands! It just cleans up the engine bay SO MUCH! How long did it take for them to show up after they were ordered?

Can you give me the dimensions of the indented area in the front. I have some ideas that I am working on. Also an idea of what size a that a cam cover sticker might be to fit on both sides and look right.

Thanks

Louis,

It's not just the Sonic covers. The GT-delete covers seem to be a mixed bag. Look a few posts up and you will see a silver GT-delete with the indented section. My silver GT-delete does not have it.

All of the covers, GT or plain, have the indented section in the front. The fiberglass covers that we made before the mold was up and running did not have the indented section in the front. Also, maybe the first 10 no logo parts off the mold had no indent but I didn't think we shipped any of those to customers, just as samples to magazines and stuff. You must have gotten one by mistake. If you want it exchanged we will gladly do it, just give us a call.
