5.0 mustang 95
Boss block is over kill imo for n/a and the xtra cash could be spent elsewhere. 400hp to the wheels won't happen n/a w/o atleast stroking it and using high quality components and a good tune, even then 400 isn't a guarantee. A stroked 351 will. GT40s are fine for a nice mild street build but better breathers are needed for more.
Stroked 302, very good heads, lots of camshaft, very good tune. You can probably find a Windsor in a junk yard or at the bottom of the ocean. Lol
Your gonna have to pay $$$ for 400hp in a pushrod ford small block.
Why not just add a power adder like a supercharger, then add gears. I'm sure it'll make your car a lot faster than just bolt ons. Also don't they make cams and such that you can buy from American muscle for your new edge v6?
Well I been looking and I found this t 5. Would this work?

However are you planning on doing gears when you upgrade the rear? If so, the .5 6th gear would make a great cruiser. The other has a .62 6th gear which is the same as the t-5 so you'll have the same revs as the t-5, but you'll have 6 gears
