351 will fit just like the 5.0. The only difference between the 5.0 and 351 is the deck height and intake. 5.0 is 8.2 inches from the top of the deck to the crank center line, and the 351 is 9.2 inches. The intake on the 351 is about 2 inches wider than the 5.0

I'm not going for that. I rather. B303. And I'm going with the boss block 302. Like I already planned its what I want. Now are these gt40 heads good heads?

The stage 1 cam like Al stated is a very good of the shelf cam, also depending on mods the stage 2 is also an option. The Ford cams while fine in their day leave some power on the table I know I have one and are good for certain applications but there are better out there. Ed Curtis is one of the best cam guys around and can make you a very good cam designed for your engine/mods and needs. He can be contacted through http://www.flowtechinduction.com/custom-camshafts/. Take a peek in the fox section at our tech sticky. I have info on GT40 stuff and other info that may help. Are you planning to run boost or stay N/A ? you can get 300hp to the wheels easy w/o out a killer budget. keep in mind the stock T5 has hp limits also even the "Z" there are upgraded T5s that can handle a little more or jump to a TKO or along those lines.

Boss block is over kill imo for n/a and the xtra cash could be spent elsewhere. 400hp to the wheels won't happen n/a w/o atleast stroking it and using high quality components and a good tune, even then 400 isn't a guarantee. A stroked 351 will. GT40s are fine for a nice mild street build but better breathers are needed for more.
