So as I said earlier, the reuse of old bumpers was an epochphail. I decided to be a dumb teenager and use the cheapest idea I had. When I was on the mando armor forums (thedentedhelmet.com) I saw alot of guys make their fett armor out of trash cans. literally! they would draw the template onto a plastic trash can, cut it out and voila, Fett armor. it was cheap, easy to bend and set and modify, cheap to buy, etc. I decided to use a trash can for the fill panels on the front end on either side of the bull bar. Its held in place by three little bolts on each side (that i just so happened to find in the garage and that fit perfectly) the holes were already in the II's body, I'm pretty sure they were for the original valence. booyeah!

and now, pichas!

lol thanks for the offer. The one problem I've found with the repaint/bodywork project is I get almost nothing done if people are around. and that I do better work when I'm by myself. I spent all day working on this with Cammy and Brian, and I got next to nothing done aside from cuttng a few holes in myself by accident. Whereas I was working for like what, 2 hours today and got this front end set up.

I noticed your sig, whats wrong with your fox?

Alright so it looks as though the originalturn signal housings are not going to work. its not gonna look right and theres no good way to mount them. right now I'm looking at these

It goes back to the LED idea I had a while back. I could mount these in the inner lip on either side of the grill opening in the header panel. It'll be discreet when I'm not turning, but it'll work just fine when I am turning. I'm gonna surf around for some better ideas for a bit but if I can't find better, this is what i'm doing

As much as I try not to think about Fiona if I don't have to I would go with the first ones. Just one on each side in the center of the grille.

Hey Arin what kind of wheels are you goin' with. Painted black steel. How about painted black cop wheels with the little chrome hub/lug cover.

I'm probaly gonna keep the current 13" five slot mags in front and 15" ten holes out back.

I ain't gots moneys for new wheels or even tires for my other two ten holes.. I might black out the rear ten holes in the same way the cops did on their SSPs though, that all remains to be seen though
