I'm leaning for the carb... I've actually never seen a carb engine in person and I'd think, with the right colors, exhaust, etc, it'd look much better than the shaker...

That's not a good thing! Excellent mag....if you've got an extra $20.00, go to http://http://mustangmonthly.com/ and get a year subscription. They cover alot of 1st and 2nd generation upgrades and mods.

I've got a bunch of work to do at my new house tomorrow, so I probably won't get around to scanning that until tomorrow night, but I'll fire it off to ya after I do....

OH MY GOD...LMAO...the II wasn't in last month's....it was from September of 2003! I ordered the back issue to read up on cowl vent repairs....still a cool looking II though!

take your time man, no worries. and about money... arins all out

every cent is going to the blower install.

and.... my II had her first little booboo yesterday. me and my friends are filming a movie for school. we're doing a rednect rendition of James bond. we call it, Jim Bond. anyhow. I was Q, and i give Jim all his nifty gadgets and what not.

so we were planning on having a gunfight scene with liberal hippies who want to take away our right to bear arms and who want stricter emmissions laws. but to lead into the fight we needed a car chase. teh Liberal Hippies in their '56 Bug donned tie dyed shirts and chased me around. so im going on this turn...

the turn is a complete U turn and its going uphill. i went in to the turn and seeing as my car is RWD there was some oversteer

my poor lil II went too far into the turn and went off the road and hit a ditch and bounced out. i heard a POP CRACK!!!

i got back onto the road to drive up the hill to the parking lot. my car was shaking like i was in a tornado or something. i coulkd hear loud noises and i could smell burnt rubber/melted metal when i got out and looked. my right rear tire was loose, it camer off the rim. i drove uphill on my rim!!!!. plus my sidepipe is bent out of place a little (got pushed up) and the tip is a tad mangled. we put the spare on... and seeing as it was THE ORIGNAL SPARE FROM 76 it also was flat. so my car sat there on jackstands in the community college parking lot while we rushed the tire and rim to the closest garage to get it remounted.

thankfully aside from the pipe damage and a little dirt and some bent flanges on the underbody, my car is just fine. it runs alright, not vibrations that i can feel yet... shes gonna be alright.

it was not a fun day lol. but everythings ok now, so im somewhat content

WOw thats crazy...atleast the II is alright now.

you are making a james bond movie for school...wel a spoff anyway.

I gotta figure out how to upload the ones i made in H.S.

I made 2 bond films. one my softmore year and the 2nd senior year. the 2nd one has music sound effects muzzle flashes from the guns... car chase scene.. it all sounds cool but it is kinda cheesy and my acting sucks in it. but i love it.

Lalo, it has less to do with suspension than it does with my driving skills, which are somewhat lesser than most members of this thread.

and Chris, the acting in our films is pathetic as well. but there soooooo fun to make.

oh and while im at it, they day before that happened i had my first street race... yes i know its bad and what not. but we were on the freeway early in the morn. no other drivers or anything. so i see my friends black, mid 90s M3. he sees me. and let it be known that he started it lol. we both get on the on ramp at the same time, hes behind me, and he gets next to me, we stayed about the same till we hit 100. then he just guns it and off he went lol. and i know he was not seriously racing. he was most definately toying with me. no way in helly could i have kept up if he was actually trying

and remember. there was literally no one else on the road. NO ONE. and i know i shouldnt race, but i just had to see his M3 go. it was less about me going fast than it was about seeing HIM go fast.

now... i need to schedule a post-blower rematch

II gave another car a booboo :'( and im screwed btw

@#$%

someone just freaking shoot me. NOW!

you all heard what happened to my right rear wheel at the community college that day. guess what happened now

we had to go back to do more filming. and arin is on his way home, nothing bad has happened, hes just following a friend home bec he doesnt kno the area well yet. and so there going up hill at a stop sign

arin stops. friend goes in different direction since they split up at this road. arin releases break shifts to first (or so he thinks) and hits gas.

now for reality. arin didnt hit first, he hit third. his car rolled back and hit a freaking brand new acura. BRAND NEW. and if it werent for that GOD @#$%ed #@$&ing TOW HITCH, there would be NO PROBLEMS WATSOEVER!!!!! my **** tow hitch scrapes the flat area of his bumper and leaves two indents.

i screwed. my first accident. and he said it would be expensive since the bumper is all one piece. god help me

i know, crappy drawing but who cares.

and my parents are most likely going to kill me. its been nice knowing y'all. you guys have been great. thanks...

Keep the faith..I'm sure your parents will understand...the insurance companies wont.

well i told my mom (she just got home) and shes not angry, just a bit upset. we both know what this is going to do to my premium

he technically didnt hit me. his vehicle was stopped behind me. i was rolling... backward

called my insurance guy, hes not there, theyve closed up for today. ill call again tomoro...

my drive home was a nightmare. after i got up the hill theres this U turn (the one that #$%@ed my rim) and some idiot in a toyota camry veers int MY FREAKING LANE. its a two lane road. it would have been a HEAD on collision..... THEN i got onto the wrong onramp and went on 280 N instead of S. then i had to exit in some place ive never even heard of and find my way back home. then on the street where i live a dodge dakota almost T-bones me... grrrr...

I think doug was saying that since it was from behind that there is no proof that you rolled into him or he rearended you...except for the word of each person... and most of the time the fault goes to the person behind cause he didn't leave proper distance in front of his car.

but whatever.
