Nice idea for a project log, Arin.
This should be a very "interesting" thread to watch.
Good Luck on the II.

To get a ride i'd have to road trip out there... but everyone should go cross country at least once right? What kind of pizza do you want?

just thought of something. since the tires are R13, i should be able to re-use the tires from my other wheels. but seeing as they are only 195s, i'll use them only on the fronts. which means i already have my new front tires, and another set for as soon as those get used up!

haha! im a genius :P

really? then why is it 14" when i measure it? is that just how wheels are?

and also, seeing as they are all 13" will the tires off my old 4 spoke magnum-ish wheels work on these slotted wheels? those ones are 195/65/13 i think. i wanna use those as my front tires only, cuz 165 aint big at all. im keeping the rears with the 215 for now, maybe 235s later. but the thing is, the tires on my old wheels are still good n i wanna use 2 for my current fronts and the other two as spares for the front (the tires, not the wheels) this should work right? am i just overreactiong? i think its my lack of sleep here, i'll stop now lol

In that case my 16" rims arent 16's lol.
It's just how they measure them, you know how the bead of the tire is tucked in. Try measuring all rims and you may be surprised how rims are underrated

oh and looking forward to pics. You'll have no problem mixing em up.

bah, why cant they all just do it my way, with a yardstick? :P

and doug, they came of another 76 cobra II. the other guy was moving up to five lugs n didnt need these anymore.

btw, does anybody have a steam washer thingy? the inside of the rim is pretty dirty on a few of em... i'll give you a tour of Redwood City of you bring em!

i cant wait until my rear tires get used up. im saving up for some 235s

EDIT: so thats why my dads 17" bimmer wheels have 16 inch tires!!!! I get it! NOT!!!!! <_< crazy tire companies, trying to confuse me....
