Did some quick datalogging for jdm over lunch. They will improve long term fuel trim and cold start. This is all leading to final tune after I can't accurately dyno'd.

I am when I get the chance. looking at that picture, you know, one thing that impresses me is that especially when it's shined up like that, a now almost 11 year old car way past it's prime still gets noticed on the road, gas station, and at school. The other day I was talking to this couple at an Alco and they both where drooling over it. I was touched.

Took my fiancée to an empty parking lot and started the process of teaching her how to drive it she did pretty good. We just worked on getting it started, in 1st and 2nd. Going to practice once a week until she gets comfortable with that. She only stalled a few times, and even then it was very light. No big lurches or anything.

my gf drives a manual already, but hasn't asked to drive the car. Uses the truck once in a while.

Yeah that's good stuff.

My GF learned to drive on a truck with 3-on-the-tree ... she's been driving manual-trans vehicles all her life.
Her other car, the '03 Forester, she had to have ordered/located, since she demanded the 5-speed, and wouldn't take an automatic.

Another reason I love her

I taught my wife to drive a manual when we were on our honeymoon... in a company vehicle (a brand new unmarked Mazda B2000 pickup) that my boss at the time allowed me to use as a wedding gift. The back roads of Pennsylvania Dutch country were perfect for the task.

My wife knew how to drive a manual before I met her. Her dad did the teaching. I taught myself. Many many years ago a company I worked for provided company cars. The one they started me with was a manual. I told them it was fine, but inside I was saying "oh crap". I just found a big empty parking lot and got to work.

That's awesome Gabe. Looking good sir.
Yeah,..you can run the bigger twin throttle body and larger elbow inlet as a plug and play as long as your tune is allowed for it. I know VMP tunes allow for it as a plug and play with their custom tunes.
Good deal man!

My first attempt at adding a simple and personal touch on the engine. The blower looked like a good location and I won’t miss seeing the Roush name.

Met up with a local buddy of mine who owns an '11 shelby vert. We went for a cruise. Got lots of looky loos and kids asking us to light em up. why do people always ask to light em up in the worst possible places? like parking lots full of cars? lol
