So in about an hour I'm going to look at an old f150. It's in pretty rough shape from what I've been told. It's one of my moms friends trucks, her husband died and she's looking to get rid of it. All I know is that it's a 1991 f150, with a v8/auto, dual gas tanks and a towing package. The bads is that overheats, they think t just needs a new thermostat, and the ac doesn't work. I'll have more info later

Good for you Arin.
Looks better than I thought. Those engines have a tendency of dirtying the throttle body and that may cause wandering idle speed. Otherwise, they're virtually trouble free.
