At some point in my teenage years, I want to buy a damaged 2005+ V6 Mustang for a very low price, install either GT or GT/CS F/R bumpers and a Bullitt Grille on it. I'll also want to drop a used 2005+ 4.6 3v engine into it(maybe a 8.8'' rear with 4:10's also), at which point I'll modify it to a very high extent(3 goals to run low 12's, low 11's, and finally 10's N/A at some point after I buy it), though I will stay naturally aspirated.

just go for a GT
you dont want a crashed vehicle...unless they're done perfect they're never quite right afterwords
and for those times, you're going to need to go much bigger for an engine

i dont think so.. i think what he'll need to do is build a good suspension. Evil_Capri runs 12s in his NA stock engined except for CAI Mach 1 and his car is set up for road racing, not drag. the S197s can make power dirt easy so thats not the hard part. weight reduction (hecksa weight reductions lol) and suspension tuning are what really will help. and with the right internal work the 4.0L im sure can make more power than a stock 4v (modded 4vs no bet )
If people were able to get 300NA hp out of the cologne V6 when it was OHV and only 2.8L, then getting similar or better power with the 4.0L should be no problem. After all they are essentially the same motor. the current 4.0L is just bigger and has SOHC. I contemplated a 4.0L swap in the II for a while too, and I kinda wish i did

Maybe not crashed, but some easily fixable damage. I don't want a GT because the insurance will be high.
Actually, in N/A s197 context, 12's are pretty common for bolt on cars. 11's are not that easy(for reference, a 320-325rwhp, 3240lb with driver s197 pulled off 12.04 @ 116, the guy's going to the track again this weekend) but can be accomplished. There are a good bunch of people running 12.0's-12.1's N/A, so the potential is definitely there. 10's have not been accomplished N/A yet, which is why I really want to shoot for them.
The fastest naturally aspirated 4.6 3v 1/4 mile time as of yet is 11.15. JDM's 400rwhp 298 stroker s197 with 4:56 gears and an automatic trans pulled off that time. That car wasn't even super light weight.
Don't worry, I plan on taking a very large amount of weight out, very agressively upgrading the suspension, and adding a lot of power to run 10's and 11's.

Yeah that particular engine has a 2k red line with progressive shifting set at 1,500rpm and max gear rpm of 1,650rpm. It makes 1,050 torque at just 1,100rpm
Pretty sick numbers.
