Get whichever HU you like. If I could choose anything though, I'd get this. I need something else for the notch. Not having the list of songs like in the GT drives me nuts. Are you gonna amp the speakers or not? Components work very nicely in the doors and dash. Otherwise Infinity References are supposed to fit. But keep in mind you have to go shallow in the doors unless you're going with components. There's only like two inches or so behind the speaker hole before you run into the window track. Crutchfield says it's 6.5 Kappas won't fit, but it's 6.5 References will. Not sure what that's about. For subs, you definitely have to get one. You could just build a smaller box and stick it in one of the corners. I've seen some interesting setups in the past. I'll try to find some again tomorrow night. I've gotta go in about 10 minutes.
I've been looking at Crutchfield and the lack of choices in the front doors dismay me. I want a component 6.5" That was my intention, but I'd like to have some choices.
Not sure about an amp. Probably not right away. And even then nothing big. Maybe a 4x75. Or even a 5 channel amp would work good. And I guess maybe a 10 in the trunk too. I'm a little worried about the wiring in the Fox. I should probably rewire the radio, or wire it direct instead of using stock harness.

If I remember correctly, the vert should be relatively simple to rewire.
Nathan and Kenwood, You think he may have a deal worked out with them, the way he pushes the product
J/K... it's OK stuff.

Kenwood! Somehow I knew you'd pick that one.

When's the last time you had something from kenwood anyways? Their amps might be on the lower side, but I love my X592.

I actually had a bulletproof KAC-720 I think it was from like 1988. It outlasted every amp I ever owned until 1998 when I donated it to my nephew. It was 70x2 and worked flawlessly and sounded great all those years. Problem is they don't make them like that anymore.
