Transmission update
Radio update to lock out the hackers
Side airbags could deploy if tilted too much while off road
Wipers could develop static electricity and cause the body control module to fail
Power liftgate control module could corrode and short circuit
and one I haven't received yet has the A/C lines too close to a heat source and causing some sort of problem there.

Whoa!
At least they attempt to fix stuff. Unlike Ford. They only fix it only if it kills a few people first.

If only the transmission could get fixed. That's my only real complaint about the whole vehicle so far. Handling isn't that great but that's being worked on for the 2017 refresh, and it needs better tires. If I was keeping it i'd put better ones on.

Music in the 90's was great. Although most of them were dirty, stinking, heroin addicted grunge kids, the music was fantastic. Too bad most of them are dead now.

I would really like to see where Alice In Chains would be if Layne would have died. Damm those guys were fantastic.

Is it weird that I can remember the call signs on the airplane they flew in the TV show Wings? I'm not trying to remember. And yet I have forgotten so much.

Hey denlem, you've got a lot more patience than me. I got tired of all the problems and got rid of my 2014 Cherokee at about only 6,200 miles. Not to turn this thread into a Cherokee rant but I had enough with that vehicle. I traded mine in on a 2015 Explorer 4wd a few months ago and guess what, no problems. I've even had the Explorer on rough dirt/gravel/ rocky forest trails in the high country of AZ and I was surprised how capable it is with the select terrain. Of course it is not as capable off road as your Cherokee TH but it suits my needs fine. The big thing is that it shifts smooth and no problems so far. I'd post a few pictures of my Explorer off roading but this is a Mustang forum and not an Explorer or Cherokee forum. Sorry guys I just had to post this after seeing the post about the problems with the Cherokee and its recall notices that denlem got. Oh and by the way, nice Wrangler 08GTcandyapple. That's probably the Jeep I should have gotten instead of the Cherokee. Good luck with your Cherokee denlem.
