Its hard to miss them on that big ****, lol.
Yeah, I've heard it mentioned on the series in the past. And a few weeks ago they redid a restaurant at Ft. Bragg and they showed some pics of him back then and he did PT with the soldiers one day.

Wow, glad I made this thing. Really shocking reminder when you look back at how the numbers add up as quickly as they do. Can't believe I would have smoked 800 cigs since March 1st.

I'm happy for you, pal; I hope you're adding years to your life. With a little luck, getting smoking out of your system might let your body try to heal a couple other complaints that you've had to deal with. (Fingers crossed)

A hell of a lot more than I saved on cigs. 
But to be fair, most of that was mods and tanks to get started, so it'll drop a lot now that I've got a bunch of stuff.

I do feel a hell of a lot better, sense of smell and taste has really come back a lot and I can already tell a huge difference in my breathing and lung capacity. Got more energy and the bad headaches I was having have gone down to nearly nothing. I started vaping at 24mg liquids and am already down to 6 mg liquids now.
Yeah, it averaged out to about that. I didn't smoke quite that many during the week, but smoked more on the weekend and more in warmer weather so it averaged out to about 30 a day, at least a carton a week. I can't even imagine how many cigs I've smoked in the last 30 years.

I think the vaping is helping with that too, when I get hungry I can take a few pulls off of some fruit flavored liquid and I get over it. I'm eating less now than I did, even less sweets. May be because I drink even more water now than I used to (and I drank a lot of water, only thing I usually drink) because the vaping makes my mouth dry. I've lost 8lbs since I quit.

well it is slightly better then smoking every thing right? food you can at least poo out your you know what (keeping this forum family friendly) and smoke tar your more or less stuck with for years if not longer...

I've got a lot of **** to do this week. Gotta get a hair cut, change the oil, rotate the tires, need to do some shopping and I've got to start packing. I hate packing. You don't realize just how much stuff you use on a regular basis and how many clothes you wear until you start getting all that **** together to have everything you need to go on vacation for a month. Not to mention this time of year adds to it, have to take warm weather stuff and stuff in case it turns off cold for a few days. Gotta pack plenty of shorts and short sleeves, plus plenty of jeans and sweatshirts and hoodies just in case.
