It could be one of those pulleys going bad like I thought mine was, it has two. One is just an idler and the other is a tensioner and I couldn't determine which one it was (although it was neither, lol). Heck, took it up there intending to just let him replace both of them, they're both the ones that came on it and after 200K I figured it couldn't hurt.
One way to tell for sure if its that cam sync would be to take the belt off of it one morning when the car is cold and crank it up. If there's no racket, its something in the belt or pulleys. If there is the racket, its probably that cam sync.

Its tight in there, but you can do it. You'll need some help getting it back on though, one person to hold the ratchet to pull the tensioner back and the other to get it around the final pulley.

Freakin' people have gone crazy. Just saw a news story where a 15-16 year old kid asked a girl to the prom. She said no. So he waited until the day of the prom and attacked her, stabbed her to death. 
How about asking another girl you dip****? And its not like he was some mutant freak, he was a nice looking kid, obviously not normal though.

Gosh it feels good to have my hair cut short, especially since its 80 out today. It felt so good that when I got home I decided might as well have the carpet match the drapes. Got the clippers out and did some manscaping.
