I'm not a real big fan of turkey in general, especially the white meat, but decided to cook one this year. Its actually the first one I've bought in about a decade.
Now I do love a deep fried one, but I don't have a fryer and only get it when someone else cooks one.
I've been wondering if anyone has tried one of those oil less fryers? It has to be much less mess.
Pecan done....waiting for the apple.

We sold our previous house on Thanksgiving day 2001. I am convinced it is because Mrs Patrick had an apple pie baking the evening before when the couple first looked at the house, and a pumpkin pie baking when they came for a second look on Thanksgiving morning.

Everytime I want one it's when everyone else wants one and the prices are through the roof.
I've got everything else and that's pretty much all I lack for my collection.

You want to buy one prebuilt? Friday is probably a good day to buy one hah. I need to finish my AR build and get a shotgun. Then I'll be good for a while. I'd like a crossbow after that.
