You have to promise to not shoot the back yard deer. Although I have not seen many yet this summer. Our loony greeny lefty neigbor from Commiefornia says climate change has run off the deer. "First the birds, then the insects, now the deer." The high today was 79. Forecast said 77. I guess that is hard evidence of global warming.
Sounds like he should shoot the neighbor.

Have to be nice for a while. She owns the lot between us and we ate considering buying it. Then I'll erect a big "LIBERALS SUCK!" billboard.

My weekly mileage average (had to calculate it on my expense envelope) which included a couple of days of fully loaded, whether it was the 350, 460, or 414V10, was always in the 8's. So even though you would expect to get a bit better mileage out of the 350, fact is it had to work much harder than the 460. Gawd I loved passing semi's in the 460. Coming up the pass with a full 2-4k# load behind a couple of trucks waiting for the passing lanes and then boom! It would downshift and the front end would leap! lolol Bye bye semi's...
That reminds me of the guys that used to buy V6 full size trucks and complain about gas mileage. It takes more gas with an underpowered motor.
My point was that if you need a F250, you are planning on towing. Otherwise you just don't need that much truck and the F150 would do fine. Also if you are planning on towing, gotta go with the diesel.

Apparently libtards think deer eat birds and insects. Since they're gone the deer left too because of no food.

I bought "buffer" lots. They have served me well.

I hate the term "Liberals" since the leftists aren't for "Liberty" in the slightest....

I hear ya. My dad just loves that body style and they are few and far between to come by. F-250s and F-350s are much more prevalent than the 150s. That and the 250-350s of that day were basically equal to today's F-150 as far as capabilities...

Heh...fortunately for your backyard deer, I can't fit my bow or rifle case in the 500 if I want to leave room for things like underwear and stuff.

Funny... We have birds nesting in the birdhouses in the garden area and in the shrubbery in front of the house, plenty of insects buzzing around, and last night two deer came walking through the wooded area of our backyard, a neighbor saw a fisher cat in her backyard, red tailed hawks are flying overhead...

That's what everyone says

I'd like to find a long distance gun range and try hitting some targets.

Look at all that money lot owners could save by just skipping painted lines. No one would notice!

There are some in Arizona. Probably some in New Mexico and west Texas too.

500yds and in, it's pretty much point-and-click. Beyond that is where things get interesting.

Someone today in this parking lot jumped the curb and went into the CVS wall leaving a dent in the wall I'll take a picture when I go outside in a little while ...

Friend of mine took a class out in Washington on long distance shooting, using spotters and everything. There's some wild stuff to have to think about!

It's definitely not the same as a 300 yd range or shot, that's for sure.
