Our place in Salida can sleep 8 comfortably. Should have a 3rd bathroom before the end of the year (which means by next summer). There is an awesome vacation rental house 4 lots down that has 2 bedrooms and a bunk room.
Of course you have to put ip with views like this from our porch

You have to promise to not shoot the back yard deer. Although I have not seen many yet this summer. Our loony greeny lefty neigbor from Commiefornia says climate change has run off the deer. "First the birds, then the insects, now the deer." The high today was 79. Forecast said 77. I guess that is hard evidence of global warming.
