I want to trade my GT in though. And I want to return it to as close to stock as I can before I do. Makes it more complicated.

Nah, then they'd complain about the heat, the food being too spicy ("Nate, it's called SALT."), too many conservatives, too many highways in better condition than the rest of the country, too much room, too much peace and quiet, too much fun, etc., etc...

No I have the stock parts. I don't want to put them back on though until I know for sure I plan on buying. I don't want to drive 5 hours, decide I want to buy and then have to drive all the way back again to trade in my car. That's 20 hours driving right there.

The last one's a doosey! If you didn't already know, you sure couldn't tell me what it is. That is a 56 Chevy 6 wheel truck body (with some slight mods) on a 71 Buick Electra frame and running gear.
