Thanks. I hope good comes out of it. Like I said, I'd be happy with just getting what's owed to me and changes instilled to better my colleagues I left behind. They made it personal though - takes it into a whole other ball game. And if I'm not satisfied with the outcome in the courts, that's fine. The local news and forums would love to hat with me.

I thought I heard an extra loud 'chirp' today - louder than the chipmunks make. Just looked out and sure enough there's a wood chuck on the log deck.

You've been spoiled by that "open work" environment with your "teammates". There are some real corporate ******** - incl women mgrs - that enjoy playing power games and manipulation - rather then actually adding to productivity or profitability. Especially now when the economy has shifted all the power to the companies, and with tens of thousands begging for a job, most employees are at the corporations mercy.
I don't know Charlie, after reading these last few pages I think you might be a good candidate to join Occupy Wall Street. Sounds like the same stuff they chant while ****ting on police cars.
I don't think I've ever seen a woodchuck.

We've been on a downward spiral for decades and even someone like Reagan only held it off for a few years. I fear it's just inevitable at this point.

I have to wake up in 4 hours to take a kid to school to get on a bus for a trip. I can't get into my room because the old lady locked me out. Basically because I bought the wrong size queso for dinner. Should have gotten the 16oz and I only got the 8oz size. Led to drama at the dinner table with the kids, I didn't even want any, and ironically we still had some left over, but she didn't appreciate it when I simply admitted I ****ed up and she just wouldn't let it go. 
Who knew 8oz of cheese dip could ruin a marriage?

I have to admit though, cheese dip is some pretty petty **** to fight over.
