So I was getting nostalgic here since its Christmas time and thinking of my grandmother and how shed always had the best soda waters in her fridge when I'd visit. I remember so many of them. She always had them ice cold and almost to the point of having ice formed inside and always in glass bottles. She'd let me take the bottles back to the store for spending money. A many as I could carry on my bike. Some of these are more common, some not so much. I'd like to order some for old times sake.

The best soda of all time was Shasta Strawberry-Watermelon. They don't sell it anymore IIRC, but it was AWESOME. It was a soda AND an air freshener. Open up a bottle and your whole house smells good for a few days

Same here and for the same reason. She normally buys Scweppes, but occasionally Seagram's if they're out of Schweppes. TBH, I can't really tell the difference in Seagram's, Scweppes, and Canada Dry, but that may be because when I drink it there's quite a bit more whisky than ginger ale in the glass.
Lately I've been seeing a lot of the Mexican Coke bottles. Green glass tall bottles, real sugar. So much better than the regular stuff. And it really is a lot better with rum.

you can buy that mexican coke here every where. I tried it twice and it made me sick as a dog.

Sierra Mist uses real sugar and all natural flavors, I like it occasionally as a mixer (used to use 7 up). Especially in the summer, little lemon lime zest is refreshing with whisky.
