Also, I found out yesterday that I'm going to get $5k in scholarship for the next year
too bad my class schedule is really off, I'm like two or three classes behind, so to do my double major, I think I'll be at least one, and probably two more semesters over the 4 year mark, kinda sucks, but at least I like where I'm at.

Hey David I graduated high school in '90 and college in '98. And went to school the whole time. Year 1 earned a total of 6 hours after attemtping 36. Switched schools from private to public, nothing transferred. Went full time 15 hours from then on, but always taking 2 night classes a semester, worked full time and got married the third year. Thought I finished in '95 which would have been 5 years after blowing off first year. Nope, found out I need 3 hours of sophomore level foreign language. Thats great they don't offer German I took in high school. So after getting mad and taking a year off, I proceed to take Spanish 1, then 2 and finally 3 making A's in all those classes and finally finishing in '98. I told them just mail me the diploma, I don't ever want to go there again.
Flash ahead to 2004 and I decide to pursue MBA, took macroeconomics graduate course, did well, hated the idea of still going to class, especially at night. Never been back.
So I basically had the "Tommy Boy" 8 year plan for a B.A. in English...oh by the way I build houses in Texas and should have gotten the B.A. in Spanish.
