Right. But I always used it to also try to get the splines aligned as close as I could. Still took wiggling though.

Hey Scott - so after seeing the spring loaded punch for side window glass, does the point on the end of rescue knives work the same? Push - instead of slam/hammer? Just curious...

Do you have some online "safety tips for average Joe's" (auto/driving related) sites you or your team recommend?

I've got one, stay away from everyone else on the road, and hope some old lady doesn't decide to turn left in front of you and not look when you're 30 ft away!



suppose it's good that I can joke about it now, still a little gunshy around other people on the road though

No the one on my knife is fixed, so its just a hardened point designed to break on impact.

I'll have to look some stuff up on teh sites, been awhile. I'll see what all i can find and let you know.
