Dammit, I'm in serious pain. The only small relief I can get is laying on my stomach with one leg straight and the other pulled up.

My old F150 has been nursing a weak battery for about a year. So I put a new one in a week or so ago and it starts great but... I notice the headlights and the interior light kind of pulse now. And the guage pulses too. Would this point to my alternator getting weak?
