Yes it was frozen. 
Managed to get all the ice out though, and it's all shiny again. Wasn't even black before. Kind of a cloudy shade a gray.

Dang nab it I had a rocket launcher & seemed to have miss placed it ? must been on our drive up Island and had the top down and it must have bounced outta the back seat (as if) but wow who toss's one of these out ?

life in prison is plenty rough on her, but its just too inefficient. i honestly think that if you murder someone, and its its because you did something VERY wrong or intended to kill them (not an accidental death) they should just take you out back and shoot you. saves the gov't money, keeps the prisons from being overcrowded and it gets rid of filthy stinking murderers
