Not at all. If I didn't love the stock grille so much for the fog placement, I'd find one without a pony. That being said, there's a member here who has a Black Billet horizontal bar grill overlay. You put it over the stock grille, so the lights stay there, and then take the pony off so it sits flush. Wah la, keep fogs, no pony

Oh no problem, I never gave it a thought myself until I installed it. I had it off about 4 weeks later, It just killed the front of the car for me.
