I was standing just to the left of this stand that holds brooms and stuff. The brooms have aluminum handle. The mangled one use to be straight. The backing is a hard plastic. There was a dustpan and brush there too, but the dustpan went airborne and hit me in the head.
I wasn't hurt, just a bit shook up not know what had happened. They huy doing the test was standing next to the valve. Luckily he wasn't in the path of the projectile. I didn't see him, but I hear his shirt was all shreaded from the blast.
Other than that, the day was just a typical work day.
Sounds to me like they either need to pay more for more qualified people and stop trying to get potentially dangerous work done for $9 an hour. There should be precautions, steps, procedures. If they are not met then people. Should be pulled off the line. I'm all for big business, I'm Mr. Capitalism, but this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I know you need to work,so please keep your head down Dennis!

Got a good chunk of the garage cleaned but there's still so much more to do.

I will buy Jack Stands!!!
So today, painted my buddies toolbox and wheels gloss and flat black on his white Silverado with Line-x. SOOOO nice looking!
And found there's coolant leaking. Again.
Now I gotta find where, but my first thoughts are the **** waterpump. The hoses are good, and I hope I'm wrong, but that's my first idea

I've eventually gotta fix my leak. But it, like my stereo system is going to wait until it's cooler outside.
tomorrow's going to be a busy day, gotta finish my schedule for school, call around for some picing on staying in the mountains for a couple days, eat lunch with the guys, work, home to wash sophia and pack for the trip, figure out what to pack for a roadtrip.
I'm thinking check everything tomorrow, bring water, some tools, GPS, blanket, and of course camera's galore.
tomorrow's going to be a busy day, gotta finish my schedule for school, call around for some picing on staying in the mountains for a couple days, eat lunch with the guys, work, home to wash sophia and pack for the trip, figure out what to pack for a roadtrip.

Not really. I just haven't had any time to do it. All that's left is the woodwork around the floor and door, and possibly the closet door if there's time. Started two weeks ago tomorrow (tuesday).
