Wish me luck...
I have 4 inches from tire to fender on the front of my truck.

So technically, you have 2wd suspension [/lame pun-ish thing]

My friends have been back....

I was taking off the plenum and fuel rail covers today and found a mess. When I puit it away for the winter I thought I had put a dryer sheet in the air box. I didn't find it in there last month, so I thought I forgot to do it. Guess not. The mouse used it as part of their nest. So much for using a dryer sheet to keep the mice away.

Mouse turds, urine, pine needles, dirt... Can I hit that with the garden hose to clean it all out?

you probably can hit it with water, just dont directly douse the coil packs/alternator/fuse box...and it might be a good idea to wash it with the car running, so that if any water does get in there it wont have a chance to settle into a huge puddle

Usually I hit the painted areas with a hose while it's running, but I try to stay away from the engine. It looks like the water may pool up in that area. I'll take a shot at it tomorrow when I wash it. It goes back Friday anyway so i'm not too worried about getting it all out.

Just cover up anything you don't want wet with plastic bags.

Got all four springs in, in about six hours. Only .5" difference all around, but it's better than nothing I guess. Pics after I wash it tomorrow!!

Today's daily thoughts

Some people are as useless as a wood pecker with a rubber beak

Some people are like a slinkie not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

3ft tall wings on front wheel drive cars are like windshield wipers on a goats ****, it just don't make any sense

and anything is possible except skiing through a revolving door
