I learn a few days ago FORD would not send me the Owners Kit, they are not shipping to Puerto Rico.

 

There's a kit waiting for me in a UPS depot somewhere.

Finally got mine today. The ******* that was living in my house just left it there when he moved out. Luckily my management company was willing to ship it to me when they found it. I'm digging the letter that says the car number and the order of the color build.

 

Use a friends USA address. Pay hime to ship it to you. They will not send due to money.

I live in Canada, do you know why Canadian BOSS owners will not get our Package?

We are a Bilingual Country English and Frech. The Package is only available in English. Therefore FORD will not send a Package in fear of complaints for not catering to both langauages.

It ticks me off because I feel it adds value to the car. Mine is a Comp Orange BOSS # 167

WildcobraR tou have a point there! I am goin to talk to Deysha since as every Puertorrican have ton's of friends in the US.

 

Deysha had me change my address to my moms address in Orlando. Unfortunately it didnt make it there but thats the address in their system since they wouldnt ship to FPO.

Take care of the Boss in PR. The driving there is like the driving here. CRAZY.

 

that is the first time I've seen that reason for not sending the Canadian owners the package. It makes sense, but is still a stupid, very lame excuse on Ford's part.

 

Well, after waiting patiently for 5 months on my boss owners package, I contacted Deysha again (after checking with her previously to verify address, etc). She was able to dig in and find out that the package for my car for some reason did not get built! Go figure. Anyway, apparently they're jumping on it now and it should ship in another week or so.

Thank goodness. Once again, Deysha rocks. If any of you have been waiting a long time, it may be worth checking back in with her.

It'll go nicely with my limited edition Boss print that I found out is my fathers day present! Sweet!!!

 

So will they send to my home in Florida?

I do know that there was talk of Ford Racing selling packages to Canadian BOSS owners. I have a feeling if they get multiple calls from Canadians willing to purchase a Package it may just happen. I am on board. What about other Canadian owners?

I have a Canadian 2013 that should be delivered in a month or so. At least I already know I'm not going to get the Owners Package. I do have an address down in the US that I could ship it to, but I'd be willing to buy one to get it here too.
