Is there any way to follow-up on this? I bought my new '12 Race Red Boss 302 #2692 on Memorial Day (5/28) and I still haven't received the Boss Owner's Package. I hope Ford didn't forget about me... it's been over 2 months already.

 

I bought my car last year on Thanksgiving, and just received my BOK last week....just over 8 months. I stayed in touch with Deysha (the ford customer service rep on this forum) about once a month, and she was able to keep tabs on it.

For some reason, mine didn't get built, so that was part of the delay. However even when it was built and "ready to ship", it still took about 2 months.

Be patient, but persistent.

 

FWIW, I just got mine last week and bought the car in late June. So it took about 5 weeks.

 

15 months, still wishful, still waiting...

 

I got my car September of last year.
Ford shipped mine to the wrong person.
After 6 months of hassle with the dealer, Ford"Customer Service", and SVT, I was told there is nothing they can do.
I also bought a $50k Ford Flex Titanium last year.
My wife is ready for a new car, I doubt it'll be a Ford.

 

Bought my 2013 Boss June 21st. Nothing yet.

 

Took delivery of my BOSS on May 17th and received my Owner's Kit today. I am in Canada so this confirms Canadians get the kits in 2013.

 

Hallelujah! Now if Ford would admit its mistake and send out the 2012's as well.

Did you get the full kit?

Kudos to Ford Canada for being slightly less cheap.

I wonder if they will send the 2012 owners their kits now too.

 

It wasn't for me, it was for all the Canadian Boss owners. I'm sure they would like some muscle to support their complaint to Ford.

Unfrigging believable. I demand my 2012 kit now and a fair crack at Miller. I could use a trip this winter. Come on Ford Canada, you already lost a Fiesta sale to Mazda because of this and now I'm looking at Camaro's for my wife. Give me a reason to return to Ford. After all, the Boss brought me back to domestics after 5 German cars, why wouldn't you want to keep this 4+ car family in the family????

 

That looks so cool. Can't wait to get mine. Can anyone else tell me if the hockey stripe design on the box comes in the color of the car or are they all yellow?

 

Will the Canadian 2012 owners be getting the kit also????
