SN95 was one of the best selling models. Just proves that what it should look like doesn't make any sense to those actually buying, not what the enthusiast market says. The SN proved that the aftermarket will work with whatever it's given.

I hope there's a bit of the fusion in the Mustang. One of the best looking cars to catch in your mirror IMHO. Just widen, lower and inset that grill slightly and give me a fast back rear with a bit of a tail and a tapered roof line and I will be over the moon.

While I completely agree that the Fusion looks fantastic, the problem is that it looks a bit like an Aston Martin from the front which is OK for the Fusion. However I don't want my Mustang to look like any other car - it should be unique like, well a Mustang.

There's never been a 911 that looked like anything other than a Porsche 911 and that's the standard Ford should use for what is essentially Ford's halo car. Yes it should move forward but it should evolve not try t be something it is not IMHO.

That doesn't mean it will look the same.
I'd much rather they went towards the Aston Martin/Maserati/front-engine Ferrari look than anything else. Those all have full "fastback" designs and they are all extremely attractive cars, head and shoulders above any asian vehicle.
