Alright... what about these bad boys?

Looks a lot like an old Motor Trend render.

Good point indeed, however according to J.Mays, he has clearly stated in his interviews the next gen Mustang is going to be completely different and modern altogether.. And if what he says is accurate, then I can only assume the upcoming re-design will not carry over any design cues left over from the current S-197 whatsoever

I couldn't agree more as I'd also like to see more of a return to the first gen cars from 65-68.. As we're nearly approaching the 50th anniversary and what better way to celebrate the Mustang's 50 year history than build a car which instantly reminds us of those very 1st pony cars that became the most popular and successful in automotive history

I give props to whom ever made this sketch but I dislike it. I think it looks like an accord with a fusion face.
Personally, I would like to see something more athletic and strong to match its new persona.

I have pretty much NEVER enjoyed mustang body changes. the 2010 mustang...HATED the rear end. Now, I'm very fond of the tushie on my 2011 kona beast. The 2005... Boring hood, plain front end yuck, bought an 05 changed the grill, put on a cdc '69 style chin spoiler... T*ts Up! The "New Edge" too sharp, prefered the 94... After a bit however, they looked like they were going to kick some body's tukus and I liked that.
I'm sure there are some things about the 2015 that will take some getting used to. I'm equally sure that if it's a well made car with stellar performance and provides a macho experience we will be happy.

If an accord had a V8 and it where more aggressive in styling, it would look like the C63 coupe (pun intended) We know that the Mercedes faithfuls cried foul when the C63 coupe was revealed and many who where not, noticed the discontent.
Could you imagine the legions of Mustangs fans coming out the woodworks
showing their disapproval? It would be disastrous.
I have a feeling that the front end may not look like that rendering a part from the headlights being a bit narrow and angled front front to back..

With that being said, I'm very enthusiastic about the new model. My 05 is getting long on the tooth, just wish they would change the chassis code.
For some reason it makes me think that they where lacking in the imagination department.

A small update. Still no guess to the rear end.
