2013 MY refresh
I like the first set of pics that TN posted, where the LEDs were in the lamp itself, not tacked on. Just looks more finished IMO.
I wouldn't mind seeing a more "uniform" set of headlamps, where they both may have projectors and LEDs, but the HIDs would still be an option. The housing itself would be in the same location on both HID and non-HID equipped vehicles.

So far, I have not seen anything for the 2013 Mustang that would cause me to say WOW, I need one of those. The 2013 Mustang had better have some significant style changes to get me to part with my hard earned cash.
Moreso tweaks/refresh than massive changes.
You'll be able to tell the 2 apart thats for sure.
Indeed, lets not judge it by the few cow-camo photos we've seen.
Having said that, I'm getting impatient to see Brenda Priddy's next spyshots. C'mon Brenda.........I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaitin'

I'm interested in the rear and interior shots myself. The front is pretty well known now, with the exception of a lighting change, which that spy shot didn't distinguish. Like Pete said, it won't be tough to tell them apart from the 10-12s.
Ford probably has several different front ends that they are testing for front end lift, drag, engine cooling, etc. The V6,GT,Boss 302, and GT500 all have different needs that have to be evaluated. I say we know nothing about the 2013 models yet ! !
When have we ever seen cars running around with front ends that didn't appear on them? You can model that in CAD/CAE now and test without spending a dime on tooling or prototyping. Whatever that front end is, it will be on something next year.
i look at that very skeptically, i am planning on getting a 2013 GT next spring to bridge the gap between my 2010 and the full redesign but i definitely do not want to be a GT500 poser and i love the current hood. So i hope it is not just wishful thinking that the GT not change too radically. i would be down with that front end on an SE tho. MACH1?

I think the market could support it, the Boss is targeted at a very specific audience so there is still room for a 45k coupe with a few additional trimmings over the GT, some exclusivity and all the options that are not available on the boss (which is pretty much everything). The boss is a stripped down track weapon, i think they should go the other way with a mach1, throw in almost every option from the parts bin, keyless access, memory seats, cooled seats. With price creep the GT500 is going to start over 50 so with options about 56-57. so 44-47k range would make sense. I would buy one.
