I pretty much nailed it considering the limitations of MS Paint!

Anyway, this is the most beautiful Mustang taillamp ever!

It doesn't beat the original, but it's acceptable. The headlights on the other hand...

Now evidently the center lamps are switchback bulbs. Red or white when lit and clear when not?

I was holding my breath that Ford was not going to pull a Camaro and put in the generic Ford sedan/SUV pregnant steering wheel... The spoke buttons and controls are a class act!

And look MFT! Works great in our new Focus! But why oh why can they not make a switchblade key without buying one from a dealer on eBay! I can understand holding off the keyless start until the new 2015 though...

These are not conventional switchback bulbs as we are familiar with but rather LED lamp modules with multiple colored LED's placed in some sort of alternating arrangement.

That is what I am curious to see is the operation of the backup lamps. My hunch is they takeover the center while the inner and outer remain brake lamps. I am also curious to see what happens during a turn signal while backing into a parallel parking space.

Taking it further, what if they offered the option of changing the sequential turn signal action from red to amber if you so desired? This would be beneficial to our friends that will import Mustangs to their country where amber turn signal regulations must be met.

Anyway, here's hoping for new aftermarket taillamps for the 05-09 styled like these new 2013 ones!

The new nose is not my favorite but I would accept it considering everything else that is right about the 2013 model... And if it bugged me enough I would just swap hoods and bumper covers for the 2012 style.
