Ask them to test with the sensor on the shift handle. That is one of two things that led them to the tranny. They ran three tests prior to that and all came back just a little abnormal until the put it on the shifter.

Farsidejunky, keltymd did your cars vibrate at 45 any? Mine starts there and I can really feel it in the shifter.

Mine was slightly noticeable at 45 after driving the car for that three weeks I actually had it. But it wasn't until 55 that you couldn't NOT notice it. Then at 75 it would smooth out for the most part.

What gears do you have again?

45 and 55-68 45 and 68 are the most irritating hell you can hear the vibes so much I can't use sync at those speeds but hit 75 and up good to go

I just received an email from the reacquired vehicles team needing additional information. Daily interest accrual, 30 day pay off, etc. Emailing that data out in about 2 hours, & I will post here once I receive the offer.

Witemax, make sure they put that vibration sensor on the shifter handle. That could have saved me about 30 days of waiting to arrive at this conclusion.

Cool. I am,real interested to see what they offer vs what you paid. No need to give exact numbers if you don't want but the difference with the number of miles you drove the car would be great.

I just accepted the offer. They subtracted roughly $343 for use. I can completely live with that. I'm basically pocketing the equivalent of the two payments that I've made and the rest is going to the finance company, plus I have the remainder of the aftermarket warranty which will be coming to me at a later time. Evidently that takes 6-8 weeks to process. So all told, it's a very fair offer. when you figure that my trade in for my current vehicle got 2500, and that is about what I'm going to end up with, maybe even slightly more, it really has a no harm no foul feel to it.

The local dealership has put out feelers for a 2015, deep impact blue, manual, premium, performance package vehicle in Georgia, which is about 550 miles away. We're waiting on a response from that dealer.

Rofl, wrong side of the state. But if wet ******* is still open, have a frozen drink for me.

best case scenario I can close the deal on this 2015 by Wednesday or Thursday next week. I'll make sure to post pictures when I do.

You getting one from Sandy Springs Ford? That's where I got my '13. It hasn't been back to the dealer for any issues, but I think I got a good deal when I bought it.

not at Sandy Springs. The last remaining Deep Impact blue Performance Package car they have there is a 401 a interior which I don't want.
