Hi guys,

If anyone is having any concerns with their vehicle, please bring it in to your Ford dealer for diagnosis and PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, and contact info so I can escalate this for you.

Clunk, normal driveline slack. Crunch...well it happens once in a while, but I doubt it should. I have it too, but I also have a 60000 mi warranty so I'm not that concerned at 4500 mi.

There is also now a crunch going into 3rd. Also, everytime when I depress the clutch pedal to shift, the clunk sound is now much louder than it was on my V6. Just curious if that's all "normal" since it was not that loud on my previous MT82 V6.
My 11 has 1200 miles and has a slight whine also. Also it will not go from 2nd to 5th, 3rd or 4th to 5th is fine.

Other than that its great, little notchy in 2nd but thats kinda normal.

Curious to see if any problems arise after i get more miles on it

Actually he's not the first case I'm a technician at ford and have quite the pain in my neck currently rebuilding one of these transmissions. Came in initially car stuck in first gear transmission completely chewed up rear tires bald as can be. After got it all put together have a gear roll over noise and can not pin point the cause of the noise at all.. Pretty much everything has been replaced due to the fact mt-82 units are not available. Idc what anyone says getrag transmissions are complete junk multiple times a day the new focuses are coming in complaining that their transmission is shuddering. (Caused by leaking input shaft seals). It's a wonder why ford is still using getrag as a transmission provider. Can't wait to see how many more of these are snapping input shafts and detroying synchros with the new line lock feature... Oh and for anyone asking about the warranty of course ford is going to warranty the things built to abuse... Which i find quite bull**** honestly.
