For sure, as soon as I get it running I'll post a video. Second video should include tire smoke

Finally some progress, got the lower radiator hose buttoned up. The ecoboost comes with a water-cooled oil cooler and I was able use it along with most of the factory ecoboost lower radiator hose. I used a shelby radiator so it had a 2" connection and the ecoboost is 1.5", I found a silicone reducing 45 degree fitting that took care of the transition.

I also got the heater hoses hooked up but still need to put on the hose clamps. I had to order a flexible hose for the upper radiator.

I also got all the air conditioner lines hooked up and ready to vacuum down.

Nice! Great to see this project coming along. Let me know when you want to chat about EPAS and ABS and pick up your harness.

Still following your build closely! AweSome!

I was finally able to take my Maiden Voyage in my EcoProject yesterday.

Exciting stuff to finally be able to drive it . .

And yes all the electronics work. No codes or issues with exception to the AirBags which are still being figured out.

New rearend installed, 3.73 gears. Also added some aftermarket lower control arms. Now I need to order the one piece driveshaft to finish the drive train install.

Nice work! I went with the Driveshaft Shop's carbon fiber unit. Smooth and quiet. I've heard some of the aluminum units make a clunk on automatics when engaging reverse or drive. The CF one is quiet. Probably a non-issue in a manual car.

Upgrading rear brakes to gt500 13.8" rotor, I bought the brackets to adapt it. The rear calipers on the gt500 and v6 are the same from what I've read. All you need is these brackets and the rotors. I got the brackets off eBay, search 13.8" brakes for $130 (I think) and $75 each for the OEM rotors. Very simple upgrade for track cars, would be pointless for street cars.

I'll check them out, only one vendor so far is willing to make the custom driveshaft. I need a v6 length but v8 mounting for the rear end. Nothing crazy but 3 other shops told me no.

I ordered mine through American Muscle. Not sure if they would handle the custom work or if you'd need to contact the Driveshaft Shop directly.

I got a 2012 gt500 cluster today. I mainly wanted this for the adjustable rpm shift chime and shift light, plus it was a really good deal. Has 106 miles on it lol, must have been one hell of a test drive. Also has adjustable colors and adjustable steering selector. Has a boost gauge but it will peg out at 15 psi, I should be around 25 psi one day.

No need for a custom driveshaft, I figured out that I can simply change the mounting flange on the rear end I have now to a V6 mount. The mount is only $30 and it's just a large nut that holds it on. This saves me about $250 on the driveshaft, not having to have it custom made.
