Well header was put on backorder after I ordered it. Called today about it and they say 2-3 weeks. I really want this done so I can drive it, but I really want a dual outlet header and not a single. Guess I'll just wait it out.

I've got everything but my header.
X pipe and tailpipes.
Also I checked today and the Thrush I got this week is different than the one on it, however they are the same type. Doesn't make sense.

A guy over on hsvracing does it on the side. Getting him to paint it for me.
I am enjoying it, but I really want a new car/truck.
I really want a 2010 V6 mustang or a Trailblazer SS(I will own one after college).

Well I just checked Mustangs Unlimited site and the header will be in on 4/16. That means I won't have it for the Big 10 show. Guess I'll have to get my exhaust done twice.

Is a door gap of .125 pretty good? I've been putting on my new door and that is what I feel looks right, but wanted to check.
That is between the door and quarter panel.

2 things to keep in mind, is the gap the same all the way around?
is the game smaller than on the other door(that will look weird)
make sure there is no rubbing , put some tape on the edges and then make sure again to duplicate the thickness of paint

It isn't the same all around. Its .125 at the quarter panel area and then down on the bottom closest to the front fender it drops to .035. I spent all morning trying to get it all lined up, but it just doesn't want to. I'm running a little late too, so I am just leaving it where it is. The door doesn't hit anything.

Those gaps sound real tight. Use a paint stick (the same paint stick) or wooden door shim on all of your gaps. Make it so there is resistance on the stick but not so tight that it won't come out. You should probably be closer to 3/16" or 1/4". Paint will add thickness more on the edges than on the flat surface. You may need to go get a pack or two of body shims from the paint store for the fenders. Do the doors first as you have two fixed sides to deal with. Then do the vertical seam on the fenders followed by the hood. Get it close then find a happy medium to make it all work. They weren't perfect from the factory.
