Where does the 2013 GT 5.0 get the extra 8 horsepower?

Mustangs & Fast Fords has an article in their Feb. issue in which they engine dyno a 5.0 and get 448HP and 405TQ. A few others have also done engine dynos and have had similar results. Pretty much in line with the chasis dyno numbers we've seen. Looks to me like the power was always there to begin with.
Well the last engineer I talked to said that they didn't do anything except put it on the dyno again this year. I'm inclined to believe him over internet rumors.
Actualy it all sunk in.
For the 3v motor they revised the ecu and upped the redline from 6250 to 6500. The engine was rated @ 320hp in the bullit. Major change was the ecu then.
For the new 2013 model they added a bunch of electronics to supply data to the dash lcd. I bet they put in a more powerful ecu that takes better advantage of the sensors. Put that together with the fact that ignition timing on the current 5.0L nets very little gains at the risk of having #8 & #6 blow. Tuners have been learning that the way to tune the coyote has been to change the VVT values.
I bet they upped the Redline RPM's as well as changed the vvt timing. I bet another 250rpm could account for the extra 8hp if not more.

Ah, yes, an "engineer." I love how everyone has sources tied to Ford with such loose lips. The car will be released in a few months and I'm confident someone will tear into the updated Coyote soon thereafter. All will be revealed then; I'm sure of it.

Yep, gotta love the neighbor's brother's babysitter's best friends dog groomer's husband story.
OK, it may not actually be the Pro-cal tune, but it is a re-flashed tune compared to the 2012's!

I have skimmed most of the information on the refresh but I still haven't spotted the details on the motor changes.
