One of my favorite mods. I forget it's there sometimes. Just fits the car so nicely. Love those wheels, BTW!

What I find funny: Your refusal to quote pics (or quote in general) leads to your posts responding to who-we don't know. LOL.

if a post is directly after another and related without the use of quotes, it's assumed a response to the previous post. He posted about the rear decklid, I responded

Just like I am doing right now.

I got into it a little with a VW Golf R (or whatever it was). He pulled up to me on the right, revved up and took off squealing when the light changed. He was trying to pass in the right lane before it ended. I didn't even spin my tires, took it easy'ish in first, and then rollllled onto it in 2nd.

It was a bit of a 0-50 contest, and he didn't win. Bye Felicia!

It just makes the pages even longer and more scrolling to have to do. Just like picture quoting.

Looks nice! Have you thought about palsti-dipping the Gurney Flap black to make it sort of pop a little bit more?

Are those the Boss 338 wheels? Like Nathan said, those look very nice!

I like it that way, it is just a hidden detail that you might not realize the first or 5th time that you see it but when you do it pops out at you.

Did you plasti-dip it? Looks better with the all black instead of the little bit of chrome.

Yes those are Boss 338 wheels. I think the gray compliments Sterling gray well plus the style of wheel looks like a little more modern take on a billet wheel to me which matches the "retro" styling of the S197 Mustang.

For now I am okay with the Gurney Flap being as is but I was contemplating painting it gloss black to match the decklid and boss 302 rear valance (painted gloss black). Next major mod I am thinking is going to be a one piece driveshaft.

Looks very nice, I am impressed. So did you do that yourself or is that a S550 rear deck lid? How about all the Roush tags, did you get those separately? Like the sudtle Roush mat water mark image...

Thanks, It's the RTR rear deck lid panel. I wanted to get rid of the faux gas cap. My OEM deck lid panel was wrapped with matte black vinyl from Roush with the Roush rear faux cap. I took the "3" off, re-taped it and re-installed it on the RTR panel. I bought the graphite "Jack Roush" signature from Roush(mine had it there on the original panel but it was gloss black and you couldn't see it). I got the main matte "ROUSH" on eBay from a Canadian vinyl shop that makes custom size vinyl. Here is a before and after shot:

Thanks. I also think it looks better, especially in person, pics don't do it justice.

Thanks. No plastidip. It's a black roush billet aluminum 7 bar grille. The factory CS grille was just plastic. Because my car is a GT/CS, I had to use a base GT grille surround to get the roush grille to fit on my car. My factory grille surround is painted and glossy like the rest of the car. The base GT grille surround that I had to use to make my new roush grille fit is flat black.

I'm having a really bad day today so I ended up buying a new set of wheels and some 2013 taillights. Now I still feel depressed and my wallet is a lot lighter.
