I'll tell you what... This weekend I will make it a point to get 20-30 emails I have going back and forth with the dealership and Ford Motor Co. and post them, and then wait for another response from you after that. Then you will be able to see where I sit and make a valid response as to whether or not my mentality towards Ford is validated.

People also need to keep in mind that ford is running a business. When a person slanders a company the company is far less willing to help a person. Its just common sense. Have you ever been in a store and been standing behind someone that got a wrong order or something to that effect and they start cussing and yelling. Then they are asked to leave and refuse and act as if the company owes them a million dollars. That is what we are seeing with these people. This is just the web version on the lady at mcdonalds that calls the cops over a burger.

At the same time, we are depreciating the very likely chance that that he and the other small group are misrepresenting any and all communication they have received from Ford or other companies. jmatero and crew were right. There are issues with the MT-82. There was a miscommunication between our English speaking engineers and our Chinese speaking workers. "Please use the finest steel" translated to "Please use the finest recycled paper". Our bad (stupid Google Translate). Please accept our apology. However, recycled paper isn't covered under your warranty so you are on your own to fix it. Please accept this non-working TracKey as a consolation prize.

A Man Just Needs Some....
Have you asked Ford for a straight up vehicle swap? May be an easier option than a straight buy back. Sounds like you dealer's service department is not up to par. It happens. When you drop your vehicle off, you are at the mercy of whoever is working on your car. If it comes back with problems, the same guy will have it again. Your in a bad spot. you need a new dealer but no other dealer will touch that car now.
