So 3,603lbs. (est) for a manual coupe. Not to bad IMO. Spare tire and jack removal will get you under 3600lbs with no problem. That isn't far from the current model.

412 HP
390 TQ
3600 LBS.
6 Speed Manual Trans

Sounds like FUN!

3,600 lbs for the manual-tranny'd coupe. That's more like it!

Just as important, they kept the weight distribution to 54/46. That's better than my aged Mustang (56/44) and vastly better than the GT500 (58/42). For those of us who are more concerned with corners than quarter-miles, that's a critical bit of information.

My 07' GT/CS vert _may_ be available. 19k miles. Manual, with heated seats. Currently hibernating until spring. I'm keeping my GTA's though.

Did you read where the corrected pdf says "8 quarts" oil?

Yeah, but that's pretty much a wash when you compare it to changing 5 quarts at 5,000 miles...

No worries, I totally understand. I'm thinking my next car will be a coupe. Having a hard time parting with the convertible though.

The Ford spec sheet shows 13.2" twin piston front calipers. Nice!

Here's an 07 Coupe. Every option, stick, custom paint the whole 9 yards....

On second thought.... not a fat chance! Honestly, for me, I would do anything to hold on to my 07 and I would find some way to get a 2011 if I wanted one and still have both.

To me the 2011 is a superior car in just about every way. Powertrain, interior, performance, etc. however, the 2011 is a very progressively designed car whereas the 05-09's were a very retro cue to the past. The design is iconically Mustang and pays tribute to it's heritage...

Looking at the pics of the new engine it is a shame you need a hood. That is is Beautiful.
