The only complaint I have about my 14 is the cup holders! On the way home I grabbed some fast food for me and my lady which included two soft drinks. The ride home was kind of bothersome with two drinks in the holders with a 6spd MT. Really the same cup holder placement from 2005? I know ford knew of the complaints from the earlier models but they saved the fix for the 2015. Oh well, still love my 14 :-)

I do like the white on red look but in this case it just seems black stripes etc. works best because so many other elements are black, like the roof and grill, etc. And I'm really looking forward to the machined metal look of new wheels. But first up it's the MGW race spec.

I actually think the '15s (well Premium 15's) are very clean, it's the reason I prefer it. The non premiums definitely get a little busy with the Sync Buttons around the smaller screen. In the premiums with MFT the buttons are laid out well, and not too numerous. But, overall I'd agree the earlier style is a little more "clean" overall.

(I do like the door mounted woofers better in the '15s though, hands down)

I get that. The new still gets retro touches, like the dual cowl dash and the Mustang double gauge/silver trimmed gauges. The little plaques in the '15s are a nice touch.

Good point about the door speakers.

I can agree with that. The main things I like on the new ones interior is the steering wheel, the memory seats (401a pkg), and the power locking center console. The materials overall look nice especially on the dash. But I guess you could say I mainly like the new interior FEATURES vs The interior in general.

This for sure. That being said I really don't like the rounded look of that center console on the 15's. I am also not a fan that they are now uncovered. It looks much cleaner with the little door on the S197's

Forgot about this. Yeah. I do like that it's flush with the door panel on the new one.

it's just a latch that will be broken in 7-10 years though much like the Fox bodies.

The hinge is pretty robust. Maybe if Hulk is opening and closing it but I don't see it breaking any time soon.
