2014 Mustang vs. 2015 Mustang
I have the opposite opinion, I hated the 2000-2004, liked the 05-09 and wasn't fond of the 2010-2012. I agree that the 13-14 was a good balance of retro and modern. When it comes to the '15, I think its a good progression away from the all retro look of the 05-09. Its more of a sports/muscle/pony car than the muscle/pony car look of the 05-14's.

I'm probably gong to be skipping the S550, though I can't wait to see the GT350.
I didn't like the 1965 Mustang when it came out. I liked the 1968 fastback. I loved the 1969 Mach 1 fastback, but didn't care for the 1970 or anything else until the S197s came out and only some of them. My point is that for some reason the Mustang is one of those cars that I can love one year and not care for the next. I have a 2013 and love it. I don't care for the looks of the 2015, but I am excited about the IRS. It may take Ford a few years, but I'm pretty sure they'll make a Mustang that I'll love again.
Next season i can't wait to see alot of 2015's showing off their stuff right alongside all 49 years of the others.
I know its being picky, but the 2015 will show its stuff next to FIFTY years of the others... Yes, the point I'm making is- regardless how Ford wants to do the math- the 2014 (not the 2015) is the 50th anniversary edition of the Mustang.
100% agree that there is a Mustang for everyone. I even like some of the Mustang IIs out there...

I agree 100%
I agree 100%
against a 5.8L SC car for your personal bragging rights?
I have owned a 1997 V6, a 2000 V6, a 2004 GT, and (2) 2012 Mustangs (GT Premium & V6 pony package for my wife. My '04 and my '12 had full suspensions (Steeda) and customs tunes/CAI, gears, throttle body, pulleys, etc. 255RWHP in the '04, and +36 BHP in the '12 with a full suspension system, etc) and I just ordered my 2015 GT Premium. Great car and gorgeous. All you old-time Mustangers need to get into the 21st century. Let's get into the NEXT 50 years.
First saw a 2015 driving through Atlanta traffic yesterday..dealer tags. It's a handsome car, and the tail lights have a neat hazy glow to them. But I truly can't say it looks better than the previous generation..even in person! BUT..I think it's a great car either way.
If anything if some of the 4th gen owners can finally upgrade if they weren't into the retro years.

If I didn't have my 2014, I'd probably be interested but it's certainly not worth taking the deprecation hit (especially with the 3-4k of add ons I've put into the 2014) and to me it just doesn't look better - just different.
