That is a GT/CS but it doesn't have the stripe. The colors they come in are below:
Performance White
Deep Impact Blue
Race Red
Black
Sterling Grey
Ingot Silver
Stripes are either Silver or Black depending on the color car. Certain colors get only a certain color stripe.

We didn't assume anything. I walked into my Ford dealership in the first week of January and spent 4 hours there, talking with the guy, calling Ford, etc. We were told that 12s were extended until late January and that no orders could be taken on 13s until the books closed on 12s.
The cut-off for ordering a '12 was extended from 12/23 to early Jan, that is correct. but that had no effect on ordering a '13. I ordered one on 12/16, got a trade-in price on my '10. Either your dealer didn't want to order one or really didn't know what they were doing.

Incentive Protection (locking in rebates) is only available on retail orders (type 1 qualifies, type 2 does not qualify). The dealership has to have a copy of your drivers license on file, a signed worksheet or purchase order dated for the date of the order, and a dated print screen of the Ford VINCENT report or Ford Incentive Summary Grid to show what rates/rebates are being protected (locked in).
If your dealer ordered your car as a type 2 to speed up delivery, you have forfeited incentive protection. Also, if your dealer doesn't have the items I noted above, then they can't successfully apply for incentive protection for you. Have them print up the rules for incentive protection in the C&I Announcement page at FMCdealer - they should know what & where that is.

Pretty cool article on the 2013 GT500.. Can't wait to see what this car will do! If I only had the means to get one.

They ordered my car (type 1) ten days before I left a deposit, therefore the DORA says 12/16/11 & the purchase agreement is dated 12/26/11.. if they write up a new purchase agreement dated this week would that get incentive lock-in? or would they have to cancel everything and start over?
If the current incentives are good till 4/2/12, it's 100% inevitable that my car will arrive in that lull right after they expire & before they renew them..

Hey Brian, one more question,

Interesting...I didn't know there were two dates involved in this... if this is true that would be awesome! I didn't have to put a deposit down so if this is true I will be heading to the dealer with a check! I sent an email to my sales guy yesterday to see if he has suggestions on locking it in
