I'll have to hit him up and see about it, i do have a auto and love my bama tunes that makes it shift firmer... he should be able to do that though. also

Question-

For those of us who were thinking of getting a CAI and tuner package, which includes tunes for life (i.e. JLT/SCT through american muscle)...should we wait for other companies to start adding a "looping idle" feature to their tunes? Or is this something only Lund Racing can do (highly unlikely)?

Ok...sounds like I'll just have to wait. I was about to pull the trigger on a JLT/tuner package from american muscle. Just wanted to see if I should hold off. I contacted Bama...I'll report back what they say.

So, your tech was feeding you some poorly worded BS.

Richard, be patient, all the other major players are hard at work on it.

Heard back from Bama-

Richard,
Yes, this is something that we will be offering soon we are finishing up some testing on it. When it is available I’m sure we will have it posted up on our webpage.

Since the TracKey isn't available for my car yet...looks like a 93 race tune with cammed idle and i don't need the TracKey from FRPP!!!

Uh, no...it won't. VCT corrects this. JPC has more aggressive cams and 700+hp sounds stock, so does the Boss, still sounds stock...until you change the key.

Plus you have to look at the tune also. Just because it can have the ghost idle what will it give you in performance. Guy is running 12.08 @ 116 with just a Lund tune on stock tires.
He does have the fastest 5.0's in the country.

Other thoughts on it? I'm assuming they took all your mods in to consideration when doing this tune, right?
